The Carb & Electrolyte Drink Mix delivers 60g of carb and 1,000mg of sodium per litre, making it the simplest way to get a decent amount of fuel and electrolytes in from your bottles.
It's especially useful for high intensity efforts lasting a few hours, where the delivery of a steady stream of rapidly digestible energy is typically a priority, but where it's still important to replace a proportion of your sweat losses. Each bag includes 15 servings!
